- Formal Agreement: A formal, legally binding service contract (Proposal or Work Order) must be agreed upon and signed separately by both parties before any tree service work begins.
- Cancellations/Changes: The cancellation or modification of scheduled services is governed by the specific terms in your signed Service Contract.
- Property Ownership: By engaging us for services, you warrant that all trees or plants to be serviced are located on your property or that you have received full permission from the rightful owner.
- Safety and Indemnity: You agree to keep the work site free of persons, pets, or property during service and to indemnify Arborists Only LLC against damages or costs resulting from false ownership notification or persons entering the work site.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership: The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality, including all information, software, text, images, and the design thereof, are owned by Arborists Only LLC and are protected by United States copyright and trademark laws.
- Trademarks: The "Arborists Only" name, logo, and related marks are our trademarks. You may not use these without our prior written permission.
4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- Disclaimer: The information on this Site is provided on an "as is" and "where available" basis, without any warranties. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the information on this Site.
